On October 24, an exciting Basgal–Shamakhi “Off-Road” ride took place against the breathtaking natural backdrop of Azerbaijan. Participants covered a challenging 35 km route in off-road conditions, heading from Basgal village toward Shamakhi. Fourteen “buggy” vehicles took part in the ride.

The purpose of this adventure-filled event was to explore and showcase Azerbaijan’s mountainous and forested landscapes, as well as its scenic regions, while contributing to the development of off-road motorsports in the country and increasing interest in this field.

Throughout the ride, participants encountered difficult terrain and diverse natural conditions, allowing them to test both their physical endurance and tactical skills. The event promised unforgettable and thrilling moments for both participants and spectators.

The “Off-Road” ride was organized with the support and participation of the Azerbaijan Automobile Federation. The organizers paid special attention to the safety of participants and spectators, ensuring strict compliance with all safety protocols and guidelines.

This ride also served as an excellent opportunity to demonstrate the beauty of Azerbaijan’s nature and the country’s sports tourism potential to the world.
